The Praxis...[great epic space opera set 10,000 years in the future] and Chung kuo...[ultra great imperial chinese future, sso good i'd put it on a levell with Dune, and you know how much i live for Dune. If you liked Years of rice and salt you'll love this]

Follow the advice of amazon then because Praxis is really good, i'm just at the end of the first book now an it's very impressive. But Chung kuo, serriously, you can find it second-hand online pretty cheaply, the first book's called "the middle knigdom" I'm really not joking when i say it's as good as Dune and i know you'll live for it.
