Just to re-iterate here what I've said through briefer channels: Thanks to everyone for this weekend of awesomeness it was good fun! I was very impressed with the gusto with which my cask of ginger marble was demolished :)

Hasn't really left me in a working mood though I just want to be drinking my mead and playing my beautiful Bodhrán (well that and perhaps Soul Calibur 2).

This post is partly to remind me that I need flour, fat, pasta and suchlike.

Our internet cut out on Sunday. Just as I really needed to download a thing I needed to finish my work music playing program (thats the python bindings for DBUS to you digitalhippy reading folks).

I've since been rushing home every day (forgoing work pub-age) so I can get back within the Zen tech support window of opportunity.

Got as far as it being BTs fault last night, so that probably means we're not getting the internet back any time soon! At least I get interweb at work I suppose.. But that should be on an international human rights treaty as far as I'm concerned.

In other news, tar0r & bobtfish have moved in (well at least their stuff has moved in) about 5-10 minutes walk away from our flat which is a big win. Apart from anything it's a place for people to gather where music *always* beats TV :-P

What else? Oh yeah, I'm 27. Hopefully noone got this far through the post to read that bit..

The weekend in Lancaster went roughly how you'd expect. I am not sure the population of Lancaster will be recovering for a while. I took some (fairly crummy) pictures, which I'll post on the internet once I have fuddled them a bit. But as usual wiggi has already poached my pictures off my hard drive and stuck them on the internet somewhere. countessfenrig has also got some photos here

Back at work now. Thats kind of like you would expect as well.
