Been keen to get further into my Japanese cookbook, so of course getting key ingredients delivered has been a trial. At one point DPD claimed to have "missed us" and left a card, despite not doing so GRRR!

Anyway, I complained about that and got some money back and today the delivery finally turned up. Particularly good to get hold of some dashi stock powder as this isn't something I've been able to source and is the key to many recipes. Now I'm spoiled for choice!
